Hunt-flix.com does use email to communicate with our customers. When you order an email is sent to confirm that the transaction was successful. From time to time we will also send product information and announcements to our customers. We never send email to anyone who has not previously contacted us. If you do not wish to receive product information or announcements from hunt-flix.com you may request that your name be excluded from e-mailings of this nature by sending an e-mail request.

Warranties

Big Game Hunting is inherently dangerous and no one should undertake any of the activities depicted within any of the hunting films represented herein without the aid and advice of a professional hunter who is properly trained and equipped to undertake such an effort.  Hunt-Flix.Com makes no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy of any user review or other information contained within this site or on any DVD distributed by hunt-flix.Com, and shall not be liable for any damage you may incur as a result of the use of such information .

The opinions expressed within the DVDs distributed through this site are those of the persons stating such opinions and shall not be construed to be an endorsement of such opinions by Hunt-Flix.Com. Hunt-Flix.Com shall not be held liable for any injury, or death which may occur as a result of advice or information contained within any of the DVDs we distribute.

We highly recommend that you do your own research and make your own decision about the goods and services offered by anyone you are considering to fulfill your hunting needs and requirements. You have the final say, and ultimate responsibility, for any decision you make.

Defects in Materials

Hunt-Flix.Com will guarantee any DVD that we distribute to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If your DVD doesn't work, just send it back within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will replace it with a DVD of the same or greater value at no additional charge to you. We do not accept exchanges of DVDs for personal aesthetic reasons, i.e. "I didn't like the story."

Selling Your DVDs

Hunt-Flix.Com will purchase your DVDs at a price that will be determined at the time the DVDs are offered to Hunt-Flix.Com for sale. Such an offer is subject to and determined by the popularity of a particular video, the number of that particular title in stock, and current market value for a previously viewed DVD as determined by the staff of Hunt-Flix.Com.

TERMS
Once an offer has been made by Hunt-Flix.Com there shall be no changes in the terms of the offer unless such changes are agreed to by both parties by written, signed, and notarized agreement. Once an agreement has been reached the seller is expected to ship any DVDs included in the agreement to Hunt-Flix.Com prior to payment for said DVDs.

SHIPPING
DVDs shall be shipped to Hunt-Flix.Com in accordance with the terms of the sale as determined by the agreement at the time of the sale.

PAYMENT
Upon receipt of said DVDs from seller by Hunt-Flix.Com, Hunt-Flix.Com shall make payment as agreed to in the terms of the sales agreement, but not longer than 30 days from the date of purchase of said DVDs by Hunt-Flix.Com. Payment may be made in a variety of methods as follows:

PayPal - Payment may be made via the PayPal web site

Check - Payment may be made via company check

Store Credit - Payment may be applied as a store credit to any purchase made by the seller up to 50% of the value of any single DVD.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to process

No shipping on National Holidays

Shipping and handling charges are based on the following:

• The delivery option you choose
• The weight, size and dimensions of your items
• Your shipping preferences.

We ship USPS unless you are placing an international order or using a military address so please provide a physical address (We will not ship to a PO Box). If you do not provide a physical address your order may be delayed and shipped via other means and the difference in shipping fare charged to your credit card.

Return Policy

Please indicate the items you wish to return or exchange, reason(s) for return or exchange, and your name, phone number, and address.

Repack items and all accessories along with the note indicating return or exchange and all other required information.

Once items are received, we will refund the cost plus sales tax to your PayPal account used to purchase the items (please allow 10-15 business days for the credit to appear on your PayPal statement). If you are exchanging an item for one of greater value, the additional charges must be sent via PayPal prior to shipping the new item; likewise, if you are exchanging for an item of lesser value we will refund the difference to your PayPal account.

Original shipping charges, your costs to return items, and charges to ship exchanged item, if applicable, will not be refunded.
